But after high school, that structure disappeared—and like a lot of people, I had to figure out how to take care of myself on my own. That’s when I found running, strength training, and something even bigger: the power of learning how my body actually works. For the first time, fitness wasn’t something someone else was telling me to do—it was something I was choosing for myself. That feeling of independence, confidence, and control over my own health completely changed me. I wanted more than just workouts. I wanted to understand the why behind everything—how muscles work, how nutrition affects energy, how movement supports longevity and mental health. So I went out and got the education. I studied. I learned. I asked questions. And the more I learned, the more I realized how many people never get access to that knowledge. Now, my passion is helping others feel what I felt: strong, capable, and free inside their own bodies. I don’t just coach workouts—I teach people how to understand their bodies, build confidence, and take ownership of their health. That’s why I created Fit & Free Wellness. Because everyone deserves to feel strong, informed, and empowered in their own skin. Finding Freedom Within Health isn’t just my motto—it’s my mission.
